WUNDERKAMMER

 

In 2011, we opened the doors to our shop, WUNDERKAMMER (German for 'Wonder Room' or 'Cabinet of Curiosities'), on Dalhousie St. in Ottawa's historic Byward Market area, and in 2014 moved into a larger space next door, showcasing a vast selection of our jewellery lines, Früg, Rüsse, and Tamara Steinborn Jewellery, in a gorgeous space with original hardwood floors, exposed wood & steel beams, and plenty of character.

 

In late November 2016, we shifted gears and opened a second store, KINDRED SHOP & STUDIO, at 1243 Wellington St. W (Wellington at Holland), in the fast developing Wellington West Village. 

 

KINDRED provides us with space to experiment and develop between line launches, to incubate new lines and to create one of a kind pieces. The shop features not only jewellery, wall hangings, stained glass and ceramics from our own studio but some of our favourite lines all the way from Ottawa, Toronto &  Montreal, to Portland, Oregon, New York City, Turkey

& Kenya.
